The Project.
FJB Contracts delivered the demolition of an existing IT facility, followed by the construction of a new, purpose-built two-storey building designed to support modern IT operations.
The new structure was formed using a steel frame with timber kit infill, incorporating a precast stair core and raised access floors to accommodate flexible services and future adaptability. A temperature-controlled server room and dedicated IT workshop were also integrated, ensuring the building meets the technical demands of the client’s operations.
The result is a high-performance, future-ready facility that combines robust construction with carefully considered internal environments to support both infrastructure and day-to-day functionality.
