FJB Contracts delivered a 144m² Grade A office building, designed to achieve an A+ energy rating and provide a high-performance, modern workspace.
The build incorporated Siberian larch cladding, giving the exterior a clean, contemporary finish, while a super-insulated structure using open-cell spray insulation ensures exceptional thermal efficiency and long-term sustainability. Every element was carefully considered to create a comfortable, energy-efficient environment without compromising on quality or design.
The result is a well-crafted office space that combines strong visual impact with high environmental performance, reflecting both the client’s ambitions and FJB’s attention to detail.
