The Project.
FJB Scotland Ltd worked in collaboration with the main contractor to deliver the internal fit-out of three industrial units as part of a wider regeneration project in the east of Glasgow.
Each unit was tailored to meet the specific requirements of incoming tenants, with layouts and finishes carefully aligned to their operational needs. Working to a fast-paced programme, our team coordinated closely with all parties on site to ensure a smooth delivery across all three spaces.
Despite tight entry dates, each fit-out was completed on schedule and to a high standard, enabling tenants to move in without delay. The result is a set of well-finished, functional units that support the ongoing regeneration of the area and provide high-quality space for growing businesses.
