FJB Contracts delivered a full refurbishment of an existing commercial unit, alongside a new-build extension, to create a state-of-the-art auto electrical workshop and dedicated client reception area.
The project combined the upgrade of the existing structure with a carefully integrated extension, enhancing both the functionality and overall footprint of the space. Internally, the workshop was designed to support efficient day-to-day operations, while the new reception area provides a clean, professional environment for customers. Built to achieve an A+ energy rating, the development reflects a strong focus on performance, quality and long-term sustainability. The result is a modern, high-spec facility that supports the client’s business both operationally and from a customer experience perspective.
